Answers to what people ask us before they book
When can you come for my test?
If the test needs fasting, we come the next morning, before you eat. Tell us your area and we give you the next free morning slot. Mornings fill first, so message us the day before.
Do I need to fast?
Some tests need it, some do not. When you book, we tell you. We also remind you by 6 pm the evening before.
Is there a charge for coming home?
No. There is no visit charge. You pay only for the tests.
How do I get my report?
On WhatsApp. A sugar test takes up to 45 minutes, a lipid profile or vitamin D about an hour, and most packages 4 hours. Some tests take longer, and we tell you the time when you book. We can also email the report. With your OK, we send it to your son or daughter too.
Can two people be tested in one visit?
Yes. Amma and achan, or a friend next door, can give samples in the same visit. Tell us when you book.
