What this website collects

The booking form asks for three things: your name, a phone number, and what you need (for example, a home visit or a lab visit). There is also a box you can tick if you only want messages, not calls.

How the booking form works

The form does not send your details to us or to any server, and this website does not store them. When you press the button, your phone opens WhatsApp with a message to 99953 42699 that has your answers typed in. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp yourself. The call and WhatsApp buttons work the same way: they open your phone's dialler or WhatsApp.

Why we use your details

Only to book your test, confirm your time, tell you about fasting, and send your report. If you join Sugar Care, we also use your number to remind you when your next check is due.

Health details and your report

When you book, you may tell us which tests you need, and your report holds health information. We send your report only to you. We send it to a family member, such as your son or daughter, only if you tell us to.

Who else sees your details

WhatsApp (Meta): messages you send us on WhatsApp go through WhatsApp's service, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Your phone company: when you call us.

We do not sell your details or share them with anyone for advertising. This website loads no fonts, scripts or trackers from other companies, sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

How long we keep your details

We keep your booking details and reports for as long as we need them to look after your tests, and for as long as the law asks a lab to keep records. You can ask us to delete details we do not need to keep.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. You can also withdraw your consent. Call or WhatsApp 99953 42699 and we will help.
